Henry Morita

Henry Morita serves as the CEO of Pure Azul Beverage Company, and the Founder of Azulana Sparkling Tequila. In his role, Henry provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of Pure Azul Beverage Company, which includes supply chain oversight, as well as development and execution of strategic direction.
He is also assisting in the launch of Hall Farmstead Purebred Artisan Wagyu beef. Hall Farmstead is home to one of the largest purebred wagyu farms in the country and raises some of the best tasting and most tender beef one will ever have. After successfully launching a successful B2C platform and partnering with some key restaurants, they are looking to continue to grow their presence in the food service space while also educating the consumers on the superiority of purebred wagyu.
Previously, Henry spent more than 25 years at Nestle, most recently as Director of Supply Chain and Operations for the Global Foods, Confections and Snacks divisions. In this role, he oversaw commercial responsibilities of brand imports and exports, and managed key aspects of the business including sales, marketing and finance. Henry began his career at Nestle as a data analyst, and later transitioned to demand supply planning and industrial engineering. He was promoted to the corporate restructuring division, and was later recruited to Nestle Waters, where he held various leadership roles managing supply chain in Northern and Southern California, as well as Texas.
Henry is originally from Valencia, CA. He attended Cal State University at Northridge (CSUN) where studied Marketing and Finance. His passion to support NGO’s started back in high school when he coordinated fund raising efforts to support the Beckman Cancer Research Center at City of Hope and continues on today. He currently mentors multiple teams for the Dragon Kim Foundation and continues to support Children’s Hunger Fund (where he sat on the Board), The Midnight Mission (where he chaired annual golf tournaments and served on several committees) and Foster Care Counts (where he served on multiple committees and coordinated the organization’s annual Mother’s Day Gala). He is passionate about mentoring others, and aims to work with between five to ten mentees at any given time. In his free time, Henry enjoys golf, skiing, hiking, cooking, spending time with family, and travel.
