Frank Kogen

Frank Kogen is the Chief Ideology Officer and a co-founder of Cannabis for Better Health Foundation. Frank brings over thirty years of business management and leadership to the helm of C4BH. Frank formed his first company in 1991, a corporate travel company, Advanced Travel Management. In 1994, Advanced Travel Management joined with Advanced Travel Systems to construct a travel booking system for Apple Computers and formed Advanced Travel Technologies. Advanced Travel Technologies was sold to Sabre in 1997 to form the heart of Travelocity and the Advanced Travel Management client list was sold to World Travel Partners in 2002. Currently, Frank sits on 3 non-profit boards and volunteers over 20 hours a week helping those in need while steering C4BH.
